CHRISTIAN EDUCATION MINISTRY TEAM The mission of the Christian Education Ministry team is: To build on-mission disciples who can teach, defend and live out their faith. The team is led by the Pastor of Christian Education who oversees the Theatre and Couples ministries. These small group ministries meet at least once each month for relevant Bible Studies and recreational activities. The Theatre Ministry performs at least two productions each year. The Christian Education Ministry Team also coordinates New Pilgrim's Leadership Academy, which offers seminary-level courses to our membership. Classes meet on Wednesdays at 7p.m and include a Spanish Bible Study Course. Registration is on-going however, students may be required to complete perquisites before moving to more advance courses. Small Group Fellowship provides an additional Bible learning forum for New Pilgrim members. A variety of interactive age-appropriate classes are offered on Sundays beginning at 9:45 a.m. Adults are encouraged to complete the 7-week New Members' Sunday School class before advancing to the general course. The Christian Education Ministry team also hosts an annual week-long Bible Institute in April, a Christian Passover on Good Friday and Vacation Bible School for babies through adults in July.
